Construction update – Newstead July

National Builder, Watpac is progressing well on the construction of the Newstead Series boutique townhome and apartment project in Brisbane’s prestigious inner city suburb of Newstead.

Construction works being undertaken in July include:

• Continued bulk earthworks
• Relocate site facilities onto gantry adjacent western boundary
• Mobilisation of the drilling rig to site and installation of first row of ground anchors to diaphragm wall.

The development comprises of four boutique buildings. The buildings are set amongst half an acre of subtropical landscaped gardens featuring a 25m pool and spa, sauna, gymnasium, alfresco dining areas, fire pit, outdoor cinema, recreational lawns and exercise spaces.
